Dangerous situations in the cockpit can occur very rapidly with drastic consequences. In order to safeguard quick and professional reactions in difficult situations, CRM has become mandatory for all airline pilots. During training, pilots learn non-technical skills designed to help prevent air accidents. The aim is to learn and improve skills, such as team collaboration, situational awareness, leadership, decision-making, risk management and effective communication.

Our presentation "Plane Talk" (Learn from Pilots) is aimed at people of all walks of life who enjoy entertaining and exciting insider stories about the aviation industry and who want to find out more about the everyday working environment of airline pilots. The underlying motto of every talk we give is: "Learn from Pilots".
CRM Training
Mach 2 offers EASA-compliant Crew Resource Management (CRM) courses for pilots and flight attendants. 80% of all flight accidents are still caused by human errors, hence human factors are the main focus of the training units. The courses are designed to be interactive and are based on latest scientific studies and insights and accompanied by numerous case studies. The duration of the course will be based on your business requirements.
FLIGHT SIMULATOR
Practical application of what has been learned, a new outlook for managers or a special kind of experience for anyone who is interested. MACH 2 offers tailor-made simulator sessions that will help you apply theoretical knowledge in real life situations in the cockpit. You will learn to make team decisions under time pressure, correctly apply structured methods with checklists and aviation procedures in the cockpit. You will learn how to broaden your horizon also outside of your comfort zone. The duration of our training session will depend on the number of participants and with pre-flight preparations will usually last between 2 to 6 hours.
